Q. How do I register?
A. Simply give us a call or send us an email and we will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to attend interview.
Q. How do I ensure that my job search is confidential?
A. Your relationship with us is strictly confidential. We will present opportunities to you and review details of the position prior to presenting your CV. We will not present your CV to any Client without your prior knowledge and consent.
Q. Why is it important for me to have a face to face interview?
A. A good match for both client and candidate is the most important part of our job. During the interview we will learn about your goals, career development and requirements. We will also explain our placement process.
Q. What if I find a position of my own?
A. Congratulations. Our goal is for you to secure a new opportunity. Please inform us so we can stop our search process on your behalf.
Q. Do I pay a fee for placement services?
A. No, all placement fees are company paid.

Q. How do you attract your candidates?
A. Our successful recruitment process is based on obtaining the crucial information about the position and the client company that enables us to communicate a statement of opportunity (the real attraction of the job) to better than average candidates.
Q. Who will handle my vacancy?
A. Your vacancy will be handled by an experienced individual. He / She will partner with you in understanding your goals for the hire, the candidate profile you seek, the experience & educational requirements, and the urgency to fill the position. We will more than likely visit your company to determine environmental fit as well.
Q. Do you personally meet and interview your candidates?
A. Yes, we meet 100% of all candidates we place. This is the most effective way to determine the more subjective factors required to match the most effective personnel to the position and your company. You make an investment in our service and we believe that face to face interviews ensures a higher level of successful placements.
Q. How soon can I expect results?
A. This depends on the specifications of the positions. Our recruiters will discuss a target hire date with you. We conduct a thorough search and interview process prior to presenting the most qualified candidate(s). We will establish interview times with you. We will inform you of our progress regularly.
How much will it cost?
We have a fixed fee system in place for any permanent vacancies which we fulfill. The cost is 10% of the candidates starting salary. Having gone through the process for you and we do not manage to identify any suitable candidates for you then no fee is applicable. NO PLACEMENT – NO FEE!

Bookkeeping

What does a bookkeeper do?
A professional bookkeeper will take on many of the onerous tasks such as data entry and reconciliation. Your bookkeeper will manage accounts received, accounts paid, reports and records and equipment depreciation and costs. We can help you structure your accounting system to suit your business. We understand the value of your financial information and can design an effective financial reporting structure.
What are the benefits of keeping my books up to date?
You then have immediate access to your up-to-date information which will give you a snapshot of exactly where your business is at any time.
Will you work from our business premises?
It is entirely up to you where you would like us to carry out any work. We can either travel to your offices or work from within our office with the information you have provided us with.
What information will we need to provide?
All source documents will be required for bookkeeping services i.e. invoices received and issued, cash receipts, bank statements etc.

Payroll

Once the payroll system is set up, how do I pay my employees?
You pay them the net amount shown on their wage slip, by which ever method you have chosen, i.e. cheque, cash.
How do I pay the Tax and National Insurance?
We send you a detailed summary of all employees wages, plus Tax and NIC in plenty of time to comply with HMRC schedules.
What if an employee does not have a P45?
We will supply you with some P46s which should be completed and returned to our office which we will then process for you.
What if I need to contact you about any payroll queries?
Our staff are available Monday – Friday 09:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What information do I need to supply?

For initial setup we will need all employees details, i.e. name, address, d.o.b, national insurance number, pay rate, details of wages, tax and NI paid to date etc. We will supply you with a document which will list all of the relevant information we require prior to starting the process for you.

For weekly payroll purposes details of the employees hours and any holidays taken or sick days. For fixed salary purposes will require confirmation that the regular sum is to be paid but you should give us a note of any holidays or sick days for tracking purposes.

We will also need details of any new starter or leavers to ensure that your payroll is run accurately.
